What is Scrip ?

An easy way for your weekly grocery trip to raise money for your temple!

Scrip is the term we use for the supermarket gift cards that Ohev Sholom sells to benefit our congregation. How does it work? It’s easy!!
When you shop at the Giant, Weis, or Karn’s, use a gift card instead of cash. When you buy the gift card from the temple, Ohev Sholom benefits 5% from each sale. Why should you buy Scrip ?

> It’s simple and convenient!
> Ohev Sholom benefits from 5% on each dollar.
> There are 3 ways to buy your Scrip:
Cash, check, or charged to your temple statement.

Scrip is sold in the Office Lobby during Religious School hours. Scrip is available from Jo Ann Smith at the Temple Office (call her first, please.) Scrip is also available by calling:

Phyllis Berman      232-4901

Donna Savage       612-9356

Or call the temple office: 233-6459 x10

BUY Scrip!

IT’S EASY, AND IT’S HABIT FORMING!
